The Ella Bing Wood Bow Tie Hall of Fame

The Hall opened in 2013, to commemorate and remember the very best wood bow ties the world had to offer at the time of their careers. All bow ties seen on this site, have been retired and are enjoying the good life around happy customers necks, being chauffeured around, attending parties, galas, dinner parties, and other illustrious events.
Board of Selectors
Enshrinees are selected by a 46-person committee, largely made up of elite members of the bow tie fashion world, simply known as the Board. The Board meets in a un-disclosed location somewhere in the State of Florida, to discuss possible inductees.
Voting Procedure
To Be eligible for the nominating process, a wood bow tie or its creator must have spent no more than a 14 days as apart of the active Ella Bing Woody’s Collection. Unlike the Pro Football Hall of Fame, the EBWBTHOF has no provision, or requirement on a waiting period before being inducted. Fans may nominate any wooden bow tie handmade by Ella Bing by simply emailing us HOF@EllaBing.com. To be elected, a finalist must receive at least 80 percent support from the Board.
